Refund Policy

The Aarush Foundation is committed to ensuring fairness and transparency in the processing of donation refund requests, especially as digital payments grow more common. We trust that our donors will practice caution and diligence while making donations. We also acknowledge that occasionally donations may be made in error or donors may wish to retract their contributions.

The Aarush Foundation will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis and aims to process refunds where feasible. We may also request additional information or documentation, and it is imperative that donors cooperate with these requests.

However, the Aarush Foundation reserves the right to deny refund requests, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has already been issued.

If you wish to request a refund for your donation to the Aarush Foundation, please adhere to the following procedure:

  • Submit your refund request in writing or via email to the Aarush Foundation.
  • Ensure that your request is received within 7 (Seven) days of the donation date—the date you:
    • Made the donation online, electronically, or through other methods, OR
    • Delivered the cheque/demand draft to the Aarush Foundation or a person authorized by us for this purpose, OR
    • Sent the cheque/demand draft to the Aarush Foundation by other means.

Your written request should clearly state the reason for the refund and include all pertinent details of the donation:

  • Date of the donation
  • Donation amount
  • If made via cheque/draft, please include the Cheque/Draft number.
  • If made via credit card, provide only the last four digits of your card number.
  • If made online, please provide the Donation-ID.

Please send all refund requests to:
