The User agrees that the Aarush Foundation shall not be responsible or liable for the statements or conduct of any third party using the service. In sum, in no event shall the Foundation’s total liability to the User for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to the Foundation, if any, related to the cause of action.

Disclaimer of Consequential Damages

In no event shall the Aarush Foundation, or any parties, organizations, or entities associated with the Foundation’s name, be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, damage to computer hardware, or loss of data or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the website and the website materials, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the Foundation or its associated entities were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Refund Policy

As a non-profit organization, the Aarush Foundation is unable to refund donations once they have been accepted.

• No cash refunds will be issued.
• Once received, donations for a cause cannot be refunded to the donor. No cancellations will be made.
• Unless a specified donation purpose is selected at the time of donation, funds will be unrestricted and used to support the Foundation’s charitable purposes, including but not limited to empowering women, enhancing education, and promoting environmental sustainability.
